I advise foreigners living and working in Vietnam on legal matters. Most of my clients come to me after something has already gone wrong, so I focus on helping them understand the rules early, before problems start.

I have a background in Business Law and 7 years working in immigration consulting. Over that time I have helped hundreds of international clients with work permits, business registration, FDI setup, temporary residence cards, and visa services. The clients I work with range from individual expats trying to get their paperwork in order to companies setting up their first entity in Vietnam.

Vietnam’s legal environment is not complicated once you know what you are actually being asked to decide. The problem is most people do not know which question they are answering until they have already answered it wrong. My job is to make the decision clear before you sign anything.

I work in English, Vietnamese, and basic Korean.
